With passion and humility, we try to offer a type of cuisine based on the right mix between the simplicity of the ingredients and the complexity of the preparation techniques, focusing on our sea and our land.

For this reason, we strive to work almost exclusively with local Elban fish and other products (vegetables, herbs, fruit) coming from our island and the Val di Cornia area.

Little by little, our guiding principle will become: “what we got from the fisherman in the morning, you will find on your plate at dinner.”

Our menu follows the historic lines of the restaurant, linked to Mediterranean cuisine, with a strong focus on Elban tradition and a space dedicated to personal reinterpretations by the young chef Luca.

It’s a cuisine based on the simplicity of the ingredients but with a greater elaboration from a technical point of view.

The wine list also plays its part, adding that special touch that turns our restaurant into a true taste experience.
